Orginally I was going to plan something very extravagent but then found out she wanted something simple. So instead we out for dinner to Texas Roadhouse. It was Yvette, Alyssa, Dontay, Sara, Vincent, King, and myself. I waited until she was distracted and then walked over to her. I was so nervous I was at a loss for words so I said "hi, how are you. I have something to ask you". Yes it was corny but it came out that was. I got on one knee and then asked her to marry me. Of course she said yes and when I put the ring on her finger she said "is this the real one". Well let me tell you that is my fault because I threw her off by getting her another diamond ring and told her it was a promise ring while i saved for the real one. The girls recorded the whole thing of course. The butterflies in my stomach were horrible. After all that cleared it was a wonderful night and I will never forget it.
